The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City with <br /> <br /> <br />Mobile Hydraulic Equipment, Inc., for the furnishing of the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned equipment in accordance with, and subject to, the <br /> <br />terms and conditions of the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 <br /> <br /> <br />hereof are waived. <br /> <br />4.
