<br />CGM: j r <br /> <br />4/15/83 <br />6/01/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9359 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 6 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THE RULES AND <br />REGULATIONS OF THE REDWOOD CITY WATER DEPARTMENT, <br />RELATING TO WATER RATES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Section 3 of the Rules and Regulation for the Redwood City <br /> <br />Water Department (Public Services Department), approved December 15, <br /> <br />1947, as amended to date, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 3. <br /> <br />(a) Water Service Areas. For the purposes <br /> <br />of this section, the following water service areas are <br /> <br />established, and all premises served by the water system <br /> <br />owned or operated by the City of Redwood City shall be located <br /> <br />in such areas: <br /> <br />"(1) Area 1: All premises located within the City of <br />Redwood City and not located within Areas 3, 5 or 6 <br />shall be located in Area 1. <br /> <br />"(2) Area 2: All premises located outside the City of <br />Redwood City and not located within Areas 4, 5 or 6, <br />shall be included in Area 2. <br /> <br />"(3) Area 3: All premises located within Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, a general <br />improvement district duly organized and existing under <br />the Redwood City General Improvement District <br />Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1128, adopted March 9, <br />1964, as amended), and all territory annexed to said <br />District shall be included in Area 3. <br /> <br />" (4) <br /> <br />Area 4: <br />Redwood <br />provide <br />Area 4. <br /> <br />All premises located outside the City of <br />City and requiring extra pumping service to <br />water service thereto shall be included within <br /> <br />9359 <br />
