<br />"(5) Area 5: All premises located within or outside the <br />City of Redwood City which were formerly included in <br />the service area of any water company or system <br />acquired in bulk by the City shall be included in Area <br />5. <br /> <br />"(6) Area 6: All premises located within or outside the <br />City of Redwood City on publicly-owned property and <br />used as a college campus shall be included in Area 6. <br /> <br />"(b) Basic Water Rates. Commencing on July 1, 1983 water <br /> <br />rates to be charged and collected for water supplied by the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City to consumers served by the water system owned <br /> <br />or operated by the City of Redwood City, for water delivered, based <br /> <br />on monthly readings, as follows: <br /> <br /> QUANTITY BASIC RATE <br />" (1) For the first 3,300 79.6 cents per 100 <br /> cu. ft. cu. ft. <br />" (2) For the next 30,000 70.5 cents per 100 <br /> cu. ft. cu. ft. <br />" (3) For all quantities over 63.5 cents per 100 <br /> 33,300 cu. ft. cu. ft. <br /> <br />Commencing on July 1, 1984, the basic rates shall be as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> QUANTITY BASIC RATE <br />"(1) For the first 3,300 89.6 cents per 100 <br /> cu. ft. cu. ft. <br />" (2) For the next 30,000 79.5 cents per 100 <br /> cu. ft. cu. ft. <br />" (3) For all quantities over 72.5 cents per 100 <br /> 33,300 cu. ft. cu. ft. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
