Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood <br />City for the abovementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />Paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement," by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and Pacific Coast Building Products, Inc. for the <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned plans <br /> <br /> <br />and specifications, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Pacific <br /> <br />Coast Building Products, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5.
