p MONITORING VERIFICATION IDEND IMPACT RELATED MITIGATION MEASURE Implementation Monitoring and Timing Signature Date Ent' Verification Enti Re uirements ~ whether the property is or is not historically ~ or culturally significant. l'D Under the CEQA Guidelines (section ~ 15064.5(b)(3)), generally, an individual ~ project's adverse impacts on a historic ~ resource can be mitigated to a less-than- ~ significant level through applicant ~''~ compliance with either of the following standards: • Secretary of interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings; or • Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings. Successful incorporation of either of these standards would therefore reduce the potential impact to a less-Phan-significant level. For any future discretionary action that would result in the demolition of a historic resource identifsed as described above, or otherwise cause the significance of the resource to be "materially impaired," and for which the Secretary of the Interior's Standards identified above cannot be incorporated, the City shall require applicant implementation of one or more of the following four mitigation measures.
