*Normal police patrol during the event. <br /> *Barricades at street closure points. City crews will drop them off. <br /> Permittee will erect them and take them down. <br /> *No parking signs will be posted on the effected area of California Street <br /> 48 hours prior to the start of the festival. <br /> *Existing electrical outlets at the plaza will be made available. <br /> <br />12. ITEMS PROVIDED BY PERMITTEE: Permittee will provide personnel to <br /> erect and take down barricades. Permittee will provide necessary trash <br /> recepticals and be responsible for clean up of the effected street area and <br /> plaza at the conclusion of the event. <br /> <br />13. ADDITIONAL OR FURTHER MATTERS: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with said event shall not <br /> be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />14.
