Council Member Hartnett — mentioned that under Oral Communications, <br /> regarding the speakers on sanctuary and characterizing things the City has done <br /> or done incorrectly, he wanted to state clearly his appreciation that Mayor Pierce, <br /> Council Member Aguirre and the Police Chief had attended the community <br /> meetings.
