6.1 B <br /> Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> Public Information and Outreach Services <br /> Redwood C'tty Recycfed Water Project <br /> (Data Instincts) <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> , 2007, extending and amending the agreement dated <br /> August 26, 2004 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter <br /> city and municipal corpora#ion of the State of California ("City"), and Data Instincts, <br /> ("Consuftant") (collectively, the "Parties"} for the Recycled Water Praject — Public <br /> Informatio� and Outreach Ser�ices. <br /> RECITALS <br /> a. Tne Partie� desire to cantinue Hgreemenf's scape oi work ana services for at <br /> least 18 additianal months. <br /> B. The ParCies have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work <br /> and fee schedule, which is attached ta and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit <br /> "A", - Scope of Services and Exhibit "B" — Schedule of Fees. <br /> NOV`J, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals ard the mutud{ covenanfs <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1 . ln addi#ion ta those services contained in the Agreernent, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A." <br /> 2. That the Ayreement, as ma� hav2 bee� amended fram tim� ta time, is <br /> hereby extended and shall expire upon completion of work, and Consuitant wil! be paid <br /> an an hourly basis up to the amount of Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Twenty Five <br /> dollars ($218,025.00}. The amended not-to-exceed authorization for the Agreement will <br /> increase by Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Twenty Five dollars ($218,025.00) from <br /> Three Hundred Sixty Nine ThQ�sand, Five Hundre� Fifty do!(ars ($369,550.00) ta Five <br /> Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five dollars ($587,575.00}. <br /> 3. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A". <br /> 4.
