6.1 F Page 3 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE C�OPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETIIVEEN THE CITY OF REDV1�001� �IT`Y AND THE COUNTY UF S�N MATEO FOR PUBLIC USE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO PARKING STRUCTURE AND PARK[NG LOT �.00ATED �T P�lD��.EFIELD RJAC3 AND VETE�AN� 8fl!lLEVARl� IN THE CtTY OF REDWOOD CITY THlS FlRST AMENDMENT TO THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 2007 {the "First Amendment"}, by and between the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of California ("County"), and the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corper�ti�n of the �t�t� of California ("Citp") (jasntly, the "°�rties" �r individuu!ly�, � "Party„). THIS FIRST AMENDMENT IS MADE IN LIGHT OF THE FOLL�WING FACTS: A. The Parties entered into a certain Cooperative Agreement dated September 23, 2003 (the "Cooperative AgreemenY'}, B. The Cooperative Agreement makes available to the City for public use certain parking facilities of the County described therein as the Parking Structure and the Parking Lot during the hours set forth in Exhibit A, Section A (City Hours of Operation) of the Cooperative Agreement. C. In order to facilitate further use by the public, the County is willing and desires to modify the City Hours of Operation. Such madification requires a chanae to Exhibit A to the original Cooperative Agreement, and no other changes. D. The Parties desire to continue their longstanding history of cooperation and collaboration an projects of mutual benefit by entering into this First Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, IN C�NSlDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Exhibit A of the Caoperative Agreement (Terms and Conditions), is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Exhibit A-1: 2.
