CODE "ADMfNISTRATION" AND ARTICLE f OF <br /> CHAPTER 25 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICtPAL CODE "PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION AREAS" <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> �OLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 'i. Articie Nine (Boards and Commissions} af Chap#er 2 {Administratian} ot <br /> the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby modified by amending Secfion 2.104 as foflows: <br /> "Sec. 2.�04. DESIGNATED: Reference is made to fhe following boards and commissions <br /> estabfished by this Code or by other action of the Council: <br /> A. Section 2.110, et seq., Civic Cuitural Commission. <br /> B. Section 2.120, et seq., Baard of Building Review. <br /> C. Section 23.13, et seq., Personnel Board. <br /> D. Section 25.3.01, et seq., Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission. <br /> E. Ordinance No. 1130, Architectural Committee. (Ord. No. 1288, § 2; Ord. No. 1494, § <br /> 1 , 6-14-71)" <br /> SECTION 2. Article One (Parks} of Chapter 25 (Parks and Recreation Areas) <br /> of fhe Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as <br /> follaws: <br /> "Art. I. PARKS, §§ 25.1 —25.4.11 <br /> Div.1. IN GENERAL, §§ 25.1 - 25.2.06 <br /> Div.2. PARKS, RECREATION, AND COMMUN[TY SERVICES COMMISSION <br /> �§ 25.3.01 —25.4.11 <br /> Sec. 25.1.01 Purpose: The purpose of this Division is to regulate the use of parks <br /> and ather recreation facilities of the City for the optimum use and enjoyment of residents of <br /> Redwood City as well as persons residing or owning proper#y in the vicinity of the facilities. <br /> Sec. 25.1.02 Definitions: For the purpose of this title, unless otherwise apparent <br /> from the contexf, certain words and phrases used in this title are defined as follows: <br /> ALCOH�LfC BEVERAGE: Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Alcoholic <br /> Beverage Control Act (Business and Prafessions Code, section 23000 et seq., as the same <br /> may from time #o time be amended}. <br /> n TTY/O1tI)/ORD.27U 1 <br /> 402�7 <br />
