The vice chairperson shall assume and perform the duties of the chair in the <br /> chairperson's absence. <br /> Sec. 25.4.09 Referral of matters to Commission: All matters pertaining to parks, <br /> playgrounds, recreation establishments, recreation facilities and similar matters coming <br /> before the City Council or City Manager shall be referred by them to the Commission for its <br /> recommendations and suggestions. (Ord. No. 525, § 8; �rd. Na. 1464, § 5, 7-27-1970) <br /> Sec. 25.4.10 Committees; Appointment, members and duties: From time ta time, <br /> the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission may appoint committees, the <br /> membership of which shail be composed of a commissioner, as chairperson, and such other <br /> persons, either members of the commission or otherwise who may be selected by the <br /> Commission. Such cammittees sha[I study to the extent and purpose defineci by the <br /> Commission. After making its report, fhe committee shall be dissolved. It may be extended <br /> onfy by vote of the Commission <br /> Sec. 25.4.11 Annual appropriation; Use of City property: The City Cauncil shall <br /> yearly appropriate such manies, and alEow the use of such City property, real and personal, <br /> as the City Council may deem necessary for the purpose of carrying on the activities of the <br /> Park, Recreation, and Community Services Commission.
