1. This Council hereby requests the San Mateo County Transportation <br />Authority to include in its plans for the development of auxiliary lanes to State <br />Route 101 in the County of San Mateo a frontage road easterly of State Route <br />101, extending between the Whipple Avenue interchange with State Route 101 <br />in the City of Redwood City to Skyway Road in the City of San Carlos; and this <br />Council further hereby urges said Transportation Authority to provide for such <br />frontage road in timely manner such that the owner or owners of the properties <br />affected thereby, including the owners of South Shores, shall be apprised of the <br />public necessity for said road. <br /> <br />2.
