<br />ATIACRMENT 1 <br /> <br />7A <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE ONE, TWO AND THREE OF <br />CHAPTER 3 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE <br />ADVERTISING AND SIGNS AND SIGNS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: .. <br /> <br />"CHAPTER 3 <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Article One (Commercial Handbills) of Chapter 3 <br />(Advertising and Signs) of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />by adding Section 3.9. as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 3.9. The provisions of the Article do not apply to "Real Estate <br />Signs; Garage Sale Signs" in Section 3.153, Division Six of Article III of Chapter <br />3 of this Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Articles Two (Advertising and Signs) and Three (Signs on <br />Public Property) of Chapter 3 (Advertising and Signs) of the Redwood City <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended in their entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br />Art.
