"EXHIL A" DESCRIPTION The land herein referred to 1S situated in the State of California, County of San Mateo, and is described as follows: PARCEL I: BEGINNING at a point in the following courses and distances from the most Westerly corner of Lot 8, as shown on that certain Map entitled "MAP OF THE LEE TRACT REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", filed 1n the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on October 17, 1905 in Book "E", of Maps at Page 42, and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at Page 79, North 630 West 55.00 feet; South 270 West 158.00 feet and South 630 East 1019.23 feet, said point of beginning in the Southwesterly line of lands conveyed in the Deed executed by Lewis B. Levin, a single man to Menlo Country Club, a corporation, recorded February 14, 1936 in Book 636 at Page 270, Official Records; thence from said point of beginning, South 270 West 541.74 feet to a point in the center line of a 50 foot private road; thence along sai~ center line, South 600 19~ East 525 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly line of the Horgan Ranch; thence along said line, North 140 41' East 579.67 feet to its intersection with the Southwesterly line of Menlo Country Club above referred to; thence along said line, North 630 West 400.77 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL I-A: A RIGHT OF WAY for ingress and egress and public utilities over a strip of land 50 feet wide, extending from the Easterly line of Woodside Road to the Easterly line of the Horgan Ranch, the center of which bears South 600 19' East from a point in the Easterly line of said Woodside Road, distant thereon South 90 55' West 662.81 feet from the Southwesterly line of the Lee Tract above referred to. Levin by Deed dated February 2, 1940 and recorded March 17, 1941 in Book 951 of Official Records at page 51 (File No. 14929-E), Records of San Mateo County, California, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of woodside Road, distant thereon South 90 55' West 636.24 feet from the intersection thereof with the Southwesterly line of the Lee Tract as said tract appears on that certain map entitled -MAP OF THE LEE TRACT, REDWOOD CITY, CAL.", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on October 17, 1905 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 42, and copied into Book 3 of Maps at page 79, and running from said point of beginning, South 600 19' East 212.52 feet; thence South 90 55' West 53.13 .feet; thence North 600 19' West 212.52 feet, and thence North go 55' East 53.13 feet to the point of beginning.
