PARCEL II: BEGINNING at a point, the following courses and distances from the most Westerly corner ~f Lot 8, as shown on that certain map entitled "MAP OF THE LEE TRACT, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", filed ln the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on October 17, 1905 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 42 and copied into Book 3 of Maps at Page 79, North 630 West 55.00 feet, South 270 West 158.00 feet ana South 630 East 679.61 feet, said point of beginning being in the Southwesterly line of lands conveyed in the Deed executed by Lewis B.
