Said Easement is appurtenant to Parcel II above, and was created by that certain Deed dated December 20, 1938 and recorded December 30, 1938 in Book 818 of official Records at Page 371 (File No. 49437-D), Records of San Mateo County, California. PARCEL III: BEGINNING at a point, the following courses and distances from the most Westerly corner of Lot 8, as shown on that certain Map entitled "MAP OF THE LEE TRACT REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", filed ln the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on october 17, 1905 in Book "E", of Maps at Page 42, and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at Page 79, North 630 West 55.00 feet; South 270 West 158.00 feet; South 630 East 269.61 feet; South 270 West 506.61 feet and South 600 19' East 900.45 feet, "said point of beginning being in the center line of a 50 foot private road; running thence from said point of beginning South 290 41' West 978.09 feet and South 570 20' East 433.66 feet to the point in the South- easterly line of the Horgan Ranch; thence along said Southeasterly line North 320 40' East 657.13 feet and North 140 41' East 356.58 feet to point in the center line of a 50 foot private road above referred to, which bears South 600 19' East' from the point of beginning; thence along said center line North 600 19' West 375.00 feet to the point of beginning.
