information and assurances Agency and City have reviewed and determined <br /> <br />to be satisfactory; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Project escrow has been opened pursuant to Section 401 <br /> <br />of the DDA. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY AND THE CITY DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: To grant Developer's request for approval of assignment <br />of Developer's interests in and obligations under DDA to Assignees subject to <br />conditions stated in Section 2 herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: To authorize and direct the Agency's Executive Director <br />to execute and deliver into the Project escrow such document as may be <br />appropriate affirming Agency's approval of the assignment of the DDA upon <br />close of the escrow. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the June, 1997. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> Mezes Assignment: AK/DES: <br /> June 20, 1997 <br /> <br /> <br />
