lowest responsible bidder for the sale and installation of said truck bodies to the <br />City. <br /> <br /> 2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Lodi Equipment <br />is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of Lodi Equipment are <br />hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4.
