EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services are to be provided to City by Contractor under <br />this Agreement: <br />AGREEMENT FOR CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION INSPECTION SERVICES, <br />PACIFIC LINERS, FOR 2006-2007 SEWER COLLECTION REPLACEMENT <br />PROGRAM. <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION INSPECTION <br />SERVICES FOR THE SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT WITHIN THE REDWOOD <br />CITY SERVICE AREA" dated February 22, 2007, ("Proposal") is attached to this Exhibit <br />A and is incorporated by this reference.
