Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />Attention: Jimmy Tan <br />Subject: Closed-Circuit Television Inspection for the Sewer Replacement Project within <br />the Redwood City Service Area. <br />Dear Mr Tan: <br />At your request, we offer to furnish labor and equipment to perform the subject work as <br />specified in the City of Redwood City Request for Proposal for the sum of $68,880.00. <br />This price based on $2.10 per lineal foot. <br />The scope of this work includes cleaning and closed circuit television inspecting 32,800 <br />lineal feet of 4-inch to 15-inch of sanitary sewer basin No. 1. First, we will clean the <br />sewer lines using high-pressure cleaner then we will inspect the lines using Pan and Tilt <br />camera for 6-inch diameter pipes and larger and using amini-camera for the 4-inch <br />diameter pipes. All data including inspection log, observation codes and full streaming <br />video will be delivered in an ICOM3-compatible format using PicAx format, which it can <br />be transferred into WinCan Database System. <br />This work will take 15 days to complete on an average of 2,2001ineal feet of cleaning <br />and CCTV inspecting per day.
