The location, size and approximate length of the sanitary sewer <br />pipelines are shown on the table below. <br />The approximate total length of CCTV inspection required for various pipe diameters is <br />as follows: <br />Diameter Length (lineal feet) <br />4» 408 <br />~» 22,071 <br />g» 7,505 <br />10'> 380 <br />12" 583 <br />15" 1,853 <br />TOTAL 32,800 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The scope of work for the project shall include the following: <br />1. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean and <br />provide aclosed-circuit television inspection in digital format of the sewer <br />pipelines listed above. <br />2. The CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for traffic control. As a <br />minimum, placement of adequate pre-warning and detour signs to control <br />vehicular and pedestrian traffic shall be required. <br />3. If entry to confined spaces is necessary, the CONTRACTOR shall follow <br />all appropriate local, state, and federal laws pertaining to confined space <br />entries.
