Area 10 <br /> <br /> Area 10 comprises approximately .90 acres at the southernmost portion <br />of the Lido Neighborhood. Area 10 will entail no landscaping, but will <br />require periodic trash removal and disposal. <br /> <br />Area 11 <br /> <br /> Area 11 comprises approximately 1.00 acres of landscaped shrubbery <br />and/or annuals and associated irrigation. All planted areas in this area will <br />be maintained pursuant to the class "A" service code described at the end of <br />this Exhibit C. Shrubs will require periodic pruning, applications of fertilizer, <br />pest control and replacement. Annuals will require deadheading and <br />replacement according to season. All plants may require replacement due to <br />disease, pest damage and loss stemming from natural causes, vandalism and <br />pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Irrigation systems will require periodic <br />maintenance. <br /> <br /> Maintenance will include litter removal and disposal of debris. <br /> <br /> Consumable supplies will include water, fertilizer, pesticides and <br />herbicides, annual and bi-annual plant replacement according to season, <br />shrub and tree replacement as needed, soil additives, occasional pipe and <br />irrigation system repair or replacement and allocable amortization of <br />landscape maintenance equipment used in Redwood Shores and fuel. <br /> <br />Area 12 <br /> <br />Area 12 comprises approximately .20 acres of landscaped shrubbery and/or <br />annuals and associated irrigation. All planted areas in this area will be <br />maintained pursuant to the class "A" service code described at the end of this <br />Exhibit C. Shrubs will require periodic pruning, applications of fertilizer, pest <br />control and replacement. Annuals will require replacement according to <br />season.
