Temporary signs al4owed by this section may be displayed not <br /> more than ninety (90) calendar days in any given calendar year. <br /> Sec. 3.127, TEMPORARY SIGNS OR TEMPORARY BANNERS FOR NEW <br /> AND REOPENING ESTABLISHMENTS: An establishment which is opening to the <br /> public for the first time, or which is reopening after having been closed to the public for <br /> fifteen (15} consecutive calendar days or more and which has received all required <br /> permits and approvals, may display temporary signs or temporary banners in <br /> accordance wi#h th�'following requirements: <br /> A. Namber. One (1) iemporary sign or temparary banner on �aeh b�ilding <br /> facade tha# faces a street, driveway or parking iot and that provides customer access to <br /> the establishment. <br /> B, Time limit. Such temporary signs ar temporary banners shafi be removed <br /> no later than sixty (60) consecutive days after placement or upon installation of <br /> permanent signs, whichever occurs first. Upon request, the Director will grant an <br /> extension of up to ninety (90) additiona! consecutive calendar days provided that the <br /> establishment has submitted a complete sign permit appfication for permanent signs <br /> and no final decision has been made on such applicatian. <br /> Sec. 3.128. SPECfAL EVEtVT SIGNS: An establishment may dispiay s�eciai <br /> event signs in accordance wifih the following requiremenfis: <br /> A. Number. No establishment shall display more than one (1} special event <br /> sign on each building facade that provides customer or visitor access to the <br /> establishment. <br /> B. Time lirriii. No es#abiis�ment shali display special event signs for more <br /> than thirty (30) consecutive days or ninety (90) cUmulative days per calendar year. <br /> C. Maximum area.
