The levee wall will not be designed for the extreme wave and tide water <br />level. <br /> <br />It is assumed that the City will provide the high water elevation information. The top of levee will be 2 to <br />2.5' above the high water elevation. <br /> <br />The Structure Plan will be independently design checked by a Registered Civil Engineer. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall make design submittals at the 95% and 100% (final) level of completion. <br /> <br />The Consultant shatl prepare Estimates of Probable Construction Costs at the 95% submittal. The Final <br />Estimate of Probable Construction shall be submitted with the final PS&E. <br /> <br />Final design shall be in accordance with City of Redwood City's standards. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall provide sufficient sets of submittal drawings for the City and other reviewing <br />agencies for each submittal. <br /> <br />Upon completion of design and City approval of the PS&E, the Consultant shall provide to the City a <br />reproducible set of Final PS&E drawings and electronic files of the drawings, a camera-ready set of <br />supporting technical specifications, and the final Estimate of Probable Construction Cost. <br /> <br />Work Not Included in this Scope of Work: <br /> <br />· Environmental clearance activ/ties <br />· Permits <br />· Landscaping and/or irrigation <br />· Right-of-Way activities, except as specifically stated in this Scope of Services <br />· Utilities relocation and design, including potholing of existing lines <br />· Provide new topographic mapping <br />· Application fees for permits or fees of any kind <br />· Construction staking <br />· Reproduction of the construction bid documents <br />· Preparation of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />· Construction services of any kind <br /> <br /> <br />
