Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the abovementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled, "Agreement," by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and L.J. Krzich Pipeline Engineering <br /> <br /> <br />Co., Inc. for the performance of said work in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />the abovementioned bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned L.J. Krzich Pipeline Engineering Co., Inc.is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful <br /> <br />bidder upon execution by it of a contract for the performance <br /> <br /> <br />of said work, all security guaranteeing execution of the <br /> <br />contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
