REAL ESTATE SIGNS; GARAGE SALE SIGNS: <br /> <br />A. Signs displaying information about real estate open house events, <br />garage sale events, or any noncommercial messages may be displayed without a <br />permit, subject to the following: <br /> <br />1. Display hours: sunrise to sunset on Saturdays, Sundays and legal <br />holidays, and in the case of real estate open house signs and non-commercial <br />messages, any additional days as designated by the Administrator. <br /> <br />2. Maximum size of six (6) square feet; maximum height of three (3) feet <br />above grade. <br /> <br />3. May be mounted in the public right-of-way in locations where they will <br />not interfere with normal pedestrian or vehicle traffic, and must not block the <br />visibility triangle. Such signs may not be placed in the street median (middle of <br />the street), and cannot block the view of other signs <br /> <br />4. Maximum of four (4) signs for each event or message. Personal <br />attendance not required; illumination not allowed. <br /> <br />5. Such signs must be temporary in physical structure and mounting <br />method. <br /> <br />B. Signs described in this section which are displayed in times other than <br />the allowable hours may be summarily removed by the City. <br /> <br />DIVISION SEVEN: RESERVED <br /> <br />DIVISION EIGHT: PORTABLE FREESTANDING SIGNS IN BROADWAY MALL <br /> <br />Sec. 3.154. RESERVED: <br /> <br />Sec. 3.155. APPROVAL OF "USE OF BROADWAY MALL" CHAPTER: <br /> <br />A. All sign-related provisions of Chapter 33A of the Redwood City Municipal <br />Code (Use of the Broadway Mall) are approved and deemed incorporated by this <br />reference into this Article. <br /> <br />B.
