Spending additional time'responding to Ms. Sayers. Initially, we thought that the records survey <br />showing no identified resources on the site or in the vicinity would be sufficient for her. However, <br />LSA staff spent additional time following up with Ms. Sayers, providing her the draft EIR, <br />responding to her questions, attempting to coordinate a consultation meeting, and arranging for a <br />field trip to the site. . <br /> <br />Our work on the EIR is complete as of January, 2008 and we will be forwarding you our final invoice <br />in February, 2008. Please let me know if you require any other information for this budget augment to <br />be reviewed and approved.
