acceptance of said Improvements by City, Owner shall furhish to <br /> City and file with the City Clerk a bond or deposit secudng the <br /> faithful performance by Owner of Owner's guarantee and warranty <br /> of the work, in the amount of Twenty-six Thousand Dollars <br /> ($26,000). Said bond or deposit shall be effective for a period of <br /> one (1) year after acceptance of the Improvements by City's <br /> Council. <br /> (e) Before the acceptance of the Improvements by the City, as public <br /> <br /> Improvements, Owner shall (i) complete construction, as deemed <br /> necessary by City, of a portion of the gravity sewer system draining <br /> to the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station No. 25 and of all sewer <br /> facilities (force main) to the satisfaction of the City Engineering and <br /> Construction Division; and (ii) provide, at no cost to City, all <br /> easements necessary for access to, and maintenance of, the <br /> Improvements. <br /> <br /> 2. Those certain plans entitled WVestport Office Park Sanitary Sewer <br />Pump Station No. 25," and those certain specifications entitled, "Supplemental <br />Specifications for Civil Improvements," as well as the City's specifications <br />entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City," adopted December 16, <br />1991, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br />which the above-mentioned Improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />Reso-202 3 <br />F-./Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:rg <br />05/12/9'/ <br /> <br /> <br />
