That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City <br />and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Construction Improvements of Westport <br />Office Park Sanitary Sewer Pump Station No. 25," (form dated 05/12/97), a copy <br />of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 05/12/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
