<br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> <br /> <br />agreement with Granite Rock Company for the furnishing of the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned materials in accordance with, and subject to, the <br /> <br />terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications and in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 <br /> <br /> <br />hereof are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the abovementioned materials, other than the <br /> <br /> <br />bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said work, <br /> <br /> <br />all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
