This Council does hereby commend James M. (Jim) Fales, Jr. <br /> <br />for his high standards of professionalism and leadership as City <br /> <br />Manager of the City of Redwood City, for his many achievements <br /> <br /> <br />benefiting our City, and for his devotion to duty in serving our <br /> <br />citizens; and this Council does hereby further express its <br /> <br /> <br />appreciation to Jim Fales, on behalf of itself and the citizens <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City, for his service to our City; and this Council <br /> <br />does hereby further express its best wishes to Jim Fales as he <br /> <br /> <br />enters upon his new endeavors. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
