<br /> can be open to traffic overnight.

<br /> ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALES WiLL STOP AT $,'00 P.M. EACH
<br /> DAY.

<br />7. !NS_URANCE: Permittee shall furnish to the City public liability and
<br /> proper~Y damage insurance naming the City of Redwood City, it Council,
<br /> boards, commissions, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents as
<br /> insureds, or additional insureds, insuring the same against all claims for
<br /> personal injury or death to any person or persons resulting or arising from
<br /> the conducting of the activities herein permitted, or alleged to have
<br /> resulted or alleged to have arisen therefrom, or from any act or omission to
<br /> act, of Permittee in connection therewith, in the amounts of $1,000,000 for
<br /> each person and $1,000,000 for each occurrence, and property damage
<br /> insurance for damage or injury to, or destruction of property, including the
<br /> loss of use thereof, in the amount of $1,000,000, Evidence of such
<br /> insurance coverage in form satisfactory to the City shall be furnished by
<br /> Permittee to the City at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the
<br /> event.
<br />
<br />8, DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTy.: Permittee shall reimburse the City for
<br /> t~ costs for any dar~ag® to City owned property, caused by or arising out
<br /> of, the conducting of the activities permitted hereunder, or the acts, or
<br /> omissions to act, of persons pacticipating in said event. Tarps or other'
<br /> material shall be employed to protect sidewalk areas within booths selling
<br /> food cooked on-site. Ail signs or other markings placed in or upon public
<br /> property, including the public right-of-way in connection with the activity
<br /> shall be removed immediately following said event.

<br /> 9. COMPLIANCE .W..ITH LAWS,= Permittee shall comply with all appropriate
<br /> a-nd applicable rules, regulations and laws in connection with the
<br /> conducting of said event, or any activities associated therewith. This
<br /> permit shall be in addition to all other permits, which are or may be
<br /> required for conducting said event, or any activity associated therewith.
<br />
<br /> 10. HOLD HARMLESS: Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify
<br /> and save harmless the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards,
<br /> commissions, employees, volunteers, and agents from all suits, actions,
<br /> damages, or claims to which the City may be subjected of any kind or
<br /> nature whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of the performance or
<br /> failure to perform of Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or
<br /> ar[sing out of said event herein perm[fled.
