11, CITY SERVICE~: The City agrees to provide the following: <br /> *Normal police patrol dudng the event. <br /> *Barricades at all street closure points. City crews will drop them off. <br /> Permittee will erect them and take them down. <br /> *Parking meters will be declared non-operative along the closed streets <br /> on Saturday, September 20, 1997. <br /> *City will provide a cleanup crew to function at the close of the event on <br /> September 21, 1997. <br /> <br />12. ITEMS p,R, QVIDED BY P. ERM!TTEE: Permittee will provide personnel to <br /> monitor ent~ and exit of the closed streets. Permittee will provide <br /> personnel to erect and take down barricades. <br /> <br />13. ADDITIONAL OR FURTHER MATTERS.: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with said event shall not <br /> be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />14.
