KIWANIS CLUB AND REGULATING USE <br /> OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> ( CARNIVAL ) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace <br />A.M. Kiwanis Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br />connection with the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis Club Carnival <br />beginning Wednesday, July 2, 1997, 6:00 p.m., through Monday, <br />July 7, 1997, 5:00 a.m., in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is <br />hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br />described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code <br />Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized and <br />directed to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
