Designated officers or employees in Group "I" must report: (a) All investments in any business entity which has an interest in real property located in, or does business or plans to do business with the "Port Area" (as that term is defined in Section 50 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City), or has done business within the Port Area during the two years prior to and including the closing date of the period covered by the disclosure statement. (b) Each source of income from any business entity which has an interest in real property located in, or does business or plans to do business in the Port Area, or has done business within the Port Area during the two years prior to and including the closing date of the period covered by the disclosure statement.
