<br />Exhibit L (continued) <br /> <br />Designated officers or employees in Group 2 must report: <br /> <br />(a) All sources of income from, and all investments in, any <br />business entity engaged in maritime commerce, shipping, <br />water transportation, port terminal operations, port <br />warehousing, shipbuilding, ship repairs, marine <br />surveying, ship salvaging, engineering consulting, <br />construction activities, or activities similar to any of <br />the aforementioned. <br /> <br />(b) All business entities engaged in any of the afore- <br />mentioned activities or enterprises, and in which a <br />designated officer or employee is a director, officer, <br />partner, trustee, employee, or holds any position of <br />management. <br />
