DES:dj~ 04/29/97 (030/32) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/~/97 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 13068 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT TO <br /> PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION AND REGULATING USE OF <br /> PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Peninsula <br />Celebration Association for the use of certain public <br />rights-of-way in connection with the 4th of July Celebration on <br />July 4th, 1997, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby <br />approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, <br />and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to <br />issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
