2. This Council hereby finds that the Amended 1997 Redevelopment <br />Survey Area requires study to determine if an amendment to the Redevelopment <br />Project No. 2 to add territory is feasible. <br /> <br /> 3. This Council hereby requests that the Planning Commission, in <br />cooperation with the Redevelopment Agency, to carry out such study; to select <br />from within the boundaries of the Amended 1997 Redevelopment Survey Area <br />the boundaries of the area to be added to the Project Area of Redevelopment <br />Project No. 2; to formulate a Preliminary Plan for the area selected; and to submit <br />said Preliminary Plan to the Agency for the preparation of an amendment to the <br />Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2. <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> AK/DES: 413/197 <br /> CC Survey Area Reso <br /> <br /> <br />
