PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE -Alicia Aguirre, Council Member <br />4. INVOCATION -Pastor Thomas Fisher, Second Baptist Church <br />5. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST - <br />A. Update on Parking Meters -New Hours of Enforcement <br />Downtown Development Coordinator Zack stated that the new parking plan was <br />adopted to be flexible and adapt to the real conditions. The system was fully <br />implemented in March with the installation of the new parking meters. The first <br />adjustment will not involve any price changes but does involve the hours of <br />enforcement from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day to 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />Monday through Saturday in the downtown core area.
