The Arts & Crafts Fair and Festival <br />Redwood City officials have requested the Peninsula Celebration Association (PCA) relacate the annual <br />July 4`~ Arts and Crafts Festival to the Downtown core (Broadway Mall) and the Courthouse Squaze. <br />With the Festival in this location, the Parade Route will not be changed <br />The Festival may include: <br />Stage and seating area for live entertainment. <br />Concert provided by college bands that participated in the pazade. <br />Demonstration of antique fire fighting equipment. <br />Information booths provided by parade sponsors, contributors and community service getups. <br />The sale ofhand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by an independent coordinator. <br />The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected commercial vendors and local <br />community service organizations. <br />All sales of food and beverages will subject to prior approval by the PCA and a permit <br />issued by the County Health Department. No sale or distribution of any merchandise, <br />food, beverages, ar other items in the Festival Area will be conducted without grior written <br />approval of the PCA. <br />The Festival Area is defined to include the following streets and locarions: <br />Vendor Booths <br />Broadway -between Jefferson and Winslow <br />Theater Way -between Middlefield and Broadway <br />Hamilton -between Broadway and Winslow <br />Food Booths <br />Hamilton -between Marshall and Broadway <br />Middlefield -between Marshall and Broadway <br />Children's .Area <br />Broadway -between Winslow and Argaello <br />Antique Fire Truck Demonstration <br />Winslow -between Broadway and parking lot entrance <br />Battle of the Bands <br />Winslow -between Marshall and Broadway <br />Classic Car Show <br />Broadway -between Jefferson and Main <br />Concert Stage and seatine <br />Court House Square <br />PCA 7uly 4, 2007 Page 5 of IO Revised 5/3/2007 <br />
