Mr. Jack Kantorczyk is the Technician. <br /> <br />Assumptions and Limitations <br /> <br />The City will pay the NPDESpeririif annual fee. <br /> <br />Design, installation and maintenance (except where specifically stated) of the treatment <br />system, piping or pumps are not included in this proposal. <br /> <br />Any waste disposal and storage costs, including treated water, will be paid directly by the <br />City.
