The report will be uploaded to Geotracker in pdfformat. GEl will provide a <br />pdfversion of each final report to the City. Each report will include a letter of <br />transmittal, a compliance evaluation summary, a location map, the results of analyses and <br />observations, data on flow and mass removed, and operational status. The fourth quarter <br />report will be an Annual Report covering the previous calendar year. In addition to the <br />quarterly report requirements, the annual report will contain a comprehensive discussion <br />of the compliance record and any corrective actions necessary. <br />
