Approve by motion the assignment of easement for the four concession lease <br /> areas at Courthouse Square to the Redeveiopment Agency ("Agency"). The <br /> motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present with Councit <br /> Member Ira absent. MINUTE ORDER 07-097 <br /> 7. PUBLIC HEARING - <br /> A. Water Capacity Charge to support increased reliability of the water supply <br /> Vice Mayor Foust, Chair of the Council Utilities Committee, introduced the topic <br /> thanking staff. She cited key point of the staff recommendation and stated that the <br /> system is designed to spread the equity across the community. <br /> Senior Civil Engineer Le explained the proposal in more detail. <br /> Mayor Pierce opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. <br /> M/S FoustJHoward to close the public hearing.
