Mike Hastroph stated that the presentation was good, but that the project focuses
on a large area of downtown and not looking at the entire picture. He stated that
parking would be an issue and that how to get to Broadway needs to be studied.

John Anagnostou stated that the presentation was very impressive and offered a
look_into the future. He commented that while other cities in the Peninsula have
destroyed their historic buildings, Redwood City has retained them and it will be
the spot for entertainment. He stated that we need not worry about parking and
negotiate with all the businesses' vacant lots to provide the parking.

Alan Bigness commented about express trains and concerns about pedestrians.
He stated that women are afraid of underground parking. He further commented
that Broadway be accessible and that the sights leading to it be enhanced.

Lou Delziel suggested that the Port is an important aspect and envisioned a
shuttle to take people from the Depot Circle to the Port, creating a gathering
place.

11.
