Existing Plus Approved Developments Conditions <br />3. Existing Plus Approved Dev_e_lopments Plus Approved Project Conditions <br />4. Cumulative Conditions <br />5. Cumulative Plus Project Conditions <br /> <br />Following is the traffic analysis scope of work: <br /> <br />Task I - Data Collection: Turning movement counts wi]] be collected for the <br />weekday AM peak period (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) and PM peak period (4:30 p.m. to <br />6:30 p.m.) at four (4) study intersections. The fo]lowing intersections wi]] be <br />counted during the AM and PM peak hour: <br /> <br />· Marine Parkway / She]l Parkway <br />· Marine Parkway / Bridge Parkway <br />· Marine Parkway / Twin Dolphin Parkway <br />· Marine Parkway / Shoreway Parkway <br /> <br />The physical characteristics of the site and the surrounding roadway network will be <br />reviewed during a site visit to ideni~y existing roadway cross-sections, intersection <br />lane configurations, traffic control devices, surrounding land uses, and the locations <br />of pedestrian, bicycle, and t~ansit facilities. The relationship between the proposed <br />development and adjacent development sites (both existing and planned) will be <br />identified. <br /> <br />Task 2 - YVeekday AM/PM Existing Conditions: The four (4) intersectiOos that <br />were counted during Task I will be analyzed during the weekday AM/PM peak <br />hour periods and weekend period. Levels of service will be calculated for the study <br />intersections using the 2000 HiShwmy C~pac~ty A/mnual methodology for signalized <br />and uns~_~nalized intersections. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Project Characteristics: As part of this task, Fehr & Peers will assess traffic <br />generated by this project. The major elements of this task are described he]ow: <br /> <br />· Project trip generation <br />· Project trip distribution <br />· Project trip assignment <br /> <br /> <br />
