4. Duties. The Committee shall advise the City Council on matters including~ <br /> <br /> but not limited to, the following: <br /> <br /> a. Selection and retention of the City's independent financial auditor. <br /> <br /> b. Establish the independent auditor's annual work plan and <br /> <br /> determine if any special focus may be necessary. <br /> <br /> c. Receive progress reports and the final report from the City's' <br /> <br /> independent auditor. <br /> <br /> d.
