Provide a list of recommended systems contractors competent to perform the <br />systems implementation. <br /> <br />4. Provide a review and analysis in matrix format of the bid returns from systems <br />contractors in order to facilitate City of Redwood City evaluation of the returns. <br /> <br />Construction Administration/Systems Implementation <br /> <br />1. Review the systems contractor's scheduling, operating, and reporting procedures for <br />the implementation phase. <br /> <br />2. Review the systems contractor's shop drawings for conformance with the <br />specifications and contract documents. Approve or disapprove these drawings. <br /> <br />3. Approve or disapprove systems contractor's requests for deviations from the <br />specifications. <br /> <br />4. Supervise on-site acceptance testing of all equipment and systems operation after <br />the systems contractor has completed the installation and their systems check-out. <br />Prepare written punch lists to identify items requiring systems contractor action. <br /> <br />5. Recommend that the systems be accepted as installed before final payment is made <br />to the contractor. <br /> <br />6.
