<br />5. Like other applicants for discretionary review by the City, the District shall provide <br /> <br />funds for the City to acquire professional services (e.g. a contract land use <br /> <br />planner) for the purpose of supporting the City's discretionary review process and <br />obligations with respect to reviewing the District's CEOA documents in a timely <br /> <br />manner. <br /> <br />In carrying out its obligations as Responsible Agency, the City will endeavor to <br /> <br />act expeditiously on all matters under its jurisdiction.
