<br />Attachment A <br /> <br />6.1L <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />o Classroom management skills <br />o Ability to help students with homework in a way <br />that helps students improve their learning <br />o Cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique <br />needs of the school population <br />o Ability to successfully work with high needs <br />students including special education students <br /> <br />Evaluation <br />o Participate in the District's after school evaluation <br />which include the following: <br />o Administration of pre and post student surveys <br />o Provide a list of program attendees including <br />names, student IDs, student program start and end <br />dates, and the total number of days attended <br />o Provide access to program participants for focus <br />groups annually <br />o Share any evaluation data that you collect to be <br />included in the District-wide evaluation <br /> <br />Fiscal/Administrative <br />o Track attendance daily and submi t hi -annual attendance <br />reports with invoices reflecting the earned attendance <br />reimbursement for that period. <br /> <br />Partnership/Communication <br />o Participate in quarterly collaborative after school <br />provider meetings organized by the District <br />o Work in partnership with site Principal and/or Community <br />School Coordinator to develop, implement and evaluate <br />program <br />o Site Coordinator checks in weekly with Principal or <br />Community School Coordinator either in person or by email <br />o Site Coordinator provides monthly updated participant <br />lists to Principal or Community School Coordinator <br />o There is a structured system in place to share <br />information about specific students and their needs, <br />challenges and accomplishments <br />o A referral process is in place that identifies students <br />most in need and most appropriate for the program <br />o Work in partnership with school to develop plans to <br />modify programming as needed based on annual evaluation <br />data <br /> <br />School Expectations: <br />o Provide after school academic intervention services to <br />students attending program <br />o Provide student id numbers to provider for all students <br />enrolled in the program <br />
