WHEREAS, preparation of an Environmental Impact Report ("EIR") is <br />required to provide City's decision-making bodies with an objective determination <br />of impacts caused by the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Woodward-Clyde Consultants, of Oakland, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Preparation of an <br /> Environmental Impact Report (800 Chestnut Street)" (form dated 03/03/97), by <br /> and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and Woodward-Clyde Consultants, for the performance of the above- <br /> mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on <br /> behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-091 2 <br /> G :~s hared~r edwood~co uncil <br /> DES:dJk <br /> 03/03/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
